During a newbuild project there are various points in time when ADA Keur can perform an inspection for you. The options are explained below.
The pre-completion inspection takes place before a home is finally delivered to a purchaser. In this phase, deficiencies, limitations and deviations may come to light which the contractor can put right prior to final completion. ADA Keur can identify the structural deficiencies at an early stage and report them to the contractor.
Upon final completion, the home is handed over to the purchaser. ADA Keur can have any deficiencies at this stage included by the contractor in the “completion report”, so that they can be put right by the contractor in the phase following completion.
