ADA Keur offers you a variety of structural inspections. Examples are a building inspection, an element inspection, or a newbuild inspection. The inspectors from ADA Keur inspect your property and this means that you know where you stand. These structural inspections are accepted and recognised by all financial institutions and lenders. You can find more information about the various types of inspection in the main menu.

It is possible to request a structural inspection online. When submitting a request you should fill in the details of the seller/agent in the section “Details of the selling agent or buyer”, so that we can make an appointment to inspect the building within 24 hours. In most cases, our inspector can inspect the property within 3 working days. Depending on the property involved, the home inspection lasts 1.5 hours on average. If the inspection takes longer than expected, we do not charge an extra hourly rate.

Within a maximum of 2 working days of the inspection you have a recognised and detailed report in your possession. The average duration from request to report is 6 working days. A shorter duration of 2 to 4 working days is also possible. You can also ask for an English language structural report.

Urgent inspection

Should you need an inspection report urgently, then we can perform an urgent inspection. In the case of an urgent inspection you receive the report a maximum of 2 working days after the inspection. Performance of an urgent inspection is dependent on the availability of capacity.

Inspection

The inspection is a visual examination of the property, whereby all the weak points of elements of the building which are observable under normal circumstances are reported. Based on the knowledge, experience and technical understanding of our inspectors, this means you will obtain a recognised and detailed report containing all observed deficiencies.

Rates

All prices exclude VAT (BTW). If the volume of the home is unknown, you can use an estimate. Our inspector identifies the correct volume of the home during the inspection.
