Delivery is an important action during the winding up of the building process. Before a house can be delivered to a buyer definitively, a preliminary delivery takes place. The buyers are invited to view a house and report any defects to the representative of the construction firm.

With the preliminary delivery in particular we recommend you involve a construction inspector. This way, you can identify structural defects and deficiencies at an early stage and report these to the contractor. All parts of both the interior and the exterior will be inspected on the basis of all applicable standards and building regulations. All findings and deficiencies are reported to and noted by the contractor. No report is drawn up.
